September Favourites

Sanctuary Spa Hot Cloth Cleanser, £10.20
How did i go through my whole life having never used a Hot Cloth Cleanser? Never again will I be without one. It completely removes every trace of make up and dirt leaving skin clean, clear and unclogged!
Boujois Mineral Radiance Pressed Powder, £9.49
This is a gorgeous powder. It smells beautiful and applies so smoothly to the skin. It is slightly more expensive than i'm used to paying for powder but after trying it I can totally justify that price!

Bourjois Chocolate Bronzing Powder, £6.99
I'm a little late on the band wagon with this bronzer but it has quickly become another Bourjois product that I love! It smells gorgeous and is perfect for contouring and giving a depth to the cheekbones.

Models Own 3in1 Bass Coat/Top Coat/Gloss and Peach Puff, £5 each
Recently Models Own had a 50% promotion on their website which I took full advantage of. I am so impressed with the 3in1 Polish as it dries so quickly - this is a must for me as I am Queen of smudging wet Nail Polish! Peach Puff is definitely a new favorite of mine. It's a very muted, nude peach that is ideal for those day where a neon pink just isn't appropriate!

Models Own Lip Balm in Tangerine, £5
When I first saw this product I was slightly worried at how bright it was. I then swatched it on my finger and had a small panic that I'd wasted £5 on a pot of orange neon lip balm that i would never use. However after applying it somewhat sparingly I have come to love it! It has a sweet smell, a tangy tangerine taste and works as a brilliant balm.

Maybelline Color Sensational Shine Lip Gloss in Peach Sorbet, £4.49
As soon as i swatched this is Boots i had to buy it. I am a sucker for anything remotely fruity smelling so this is right up my street. I use this gloss all the time and can't wait to try more colours.

The Body Shop Grapefruit Lip Butter, £4
These little lip butters have quickly become a firm favourite for me!
No7 Natural Blush in Soft Damsen, £9
Yay for Boots and their No7 £5 vouchers! This is probably my favorite product of the moment and is the perfect natural blush for my skin tone. It is really buildable and has great lasting power on my skin.

After having a good whiff of each product I finally settled on the mango scent. It is gorgeous! They have a very strong fruity scent I literally cannot stop smelling them.

Strip Down Sundays

Unless I have somewhere to be Sunday's are the one day of the week where I totally strip back to basics. This leaves me looking rather ravishing with no make up, no contact lenses and unwashed hair, usually accompanied by joggers, a vest top and a hoody! I think it's important to give our skin a rest after all of the things we put it through during the week, allowing it to breathe and prepare for the next week when we do it all again!
I have an up coming post on a rather exciting little package that arrived this week...my Foxy Locks Extentions! I have booked an appointment at my local Salon to have them properly cut and blended into my hair, but for now here's a cheeky snap of them all shiny and new!

Hope you've all had a lovely weekend. And also a big thank you to my new followers! It makes me smile every time I see there's a new friend!

Somtimes I feel like throwing my hands up in the air...

Saturdays are for cocktails and clubbing. Unfortunately I took the cocktailing to the extreme, consequently feeling like death on Sunday morning,

Dragon's Egg Bath Ballistic

This has to be one of my all time favorite products from Lush. It is a tangy, citrus, sherbet ball of loveliness that leaves skin super smooth and scented and your bathroom smelling delicious!

The centre fizzes a beautiful shimmering golden colour and leaves a a gorgeous marble pattern in the bath water.

Not only do I adore this product at bath time but it makes a gorgeous room freshener too!

New things, new dreams, new faces...

Helloo and a very happy New Year to each and everyone of you! I hope you all celebrated in style last night...unlike me and my fella who ended up in bed for 1 o'clock!
2010 has been a strange year for me and one that a feel has been a bit of a turning point in my life in many ways. I'm not one for New Years Resolutions but I have a feeling this year may be very different to my last and as the title says, will involve many new things, new dreams and new faces.

I just wanted to say thank you very much to all you lovely people who take the time out to read through my rambles and follow my little blog. I really love reading all your comments and really appreciate them. So thank you to you all and I wish you a very happy and healthy 2011. =)
